Position Overview The Sous Chef works with the Head Chef in contributing and creating a great experience for guests to taste the combination cuisine of Traditional Malay and Western. Duties include managing and delivering consistent food quality, supervising the preparation of food items, and ensure in compliance with recipes and specifications.
The Role 1. Assist the Head Chef in plating up and preparing the order 2. Monitor the supply of food items 3. Check the store requisitions prepared by team 4. Ensure the workstations are clean and sanitized 5. Perform duties in other areas of the kitchen as assigned
Talent Profile 1. Preferably male 2. Age between 20-30 years old 3. Minimum 1 year of experience 4. Diploma in Culinary or equivalent vocational training certificate
