Job ResponsibilityResponsibility:
1. Champion calibration of all test equipment plant wide.
2. Schedule and implement Preventive Maintenance on all test fixture/jig at backend test.
3. Champion all NPI test for all new product test capability.
4. Maintain customer properties checklist and calibration requirement at backend test.
5. Work with customer to analyse all test related issues improvement plan.
6. Work with customers on new test software and firmware release.
7. Provide training to all test technicians in terms of hardware and software.
8. Work closely with Process team and test capacity to fulfil customer's requirement.
9. Work closely with Product team to resolved test issues in production
10. Support Production team on all test related issues.
Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in electrical/electronics engineering
2. In depth programming skills in Unix system administrator.
3. Knowledge & working experience of test and measurement will be an added advantage
4. Knowledge & working experience in optics will be an added advantage
