Job ResponsibilityJob Description :
o Develop test plan, test setup and test strategies of functional testing for new product.
o Design the test setup and wiring schematic of test hardware adaptor for functional test.
o Develop functional test programs.
o Utilize test equipments for debug and development purpose.
o Prepare complete test documentation for new tester.
Job Requirement :
o Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
o At least 6 years working experience in functional tester Development.
o Programming knowledge in Labview.
o Good understanding of software test methodologies
Key Result Area ( KRA ) :
o Tester downtime < 0.5%
o Test PPM < 500 DPMO
o New tester Cpk > 1.45
Authorities/Decisions :
o Implement solution to improve tester performance and reduce tester downtime.
o Tester spare part selection.
