Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Perform administrative tasks. 
  • Handles all documents pertaining to government tenders. 
  • Managing the submission of related documents to the government. 
  • Manage customer requests, feedback and solutions via email and phone. 
  • Provide customers with promotional information or updates. 
  • Provide sales support and collaborate with marketing team. 
  • Process orders from customers and provide feedback on delivery of orders to customers. 
  • Keep in touch with customers to get new orders. 
  • Keep data and records up to date for future reference. 
  • Follow the customer order schedule so that customer requests are fulfilled on time.

Job Requirements
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to deliver services and communicate over the telephone. 
  • The ability to speak English and Malay 
  • Has communication skills and computer literacy 
  • Advantages to experienced candidates in procurement with government. 
  • Immediate entry is preferred.
