Job Responsibility- Perform administrative tasks.
- Handles all documents pertaining to government tenders.
- Managing the submission of related documents to the government.
- Manage customer requests, feedback and solutions via email and phone.
- Provide customers with promotional information or updates.
- Provide sales support and collaborate with marketing team.
- Process orders from customers and provide feedback on delivery of orders to customers.
- Keep in touch with customers to get new orders.
- Keep data and records up to date for future reference.
- Follow the customer order schedule so that customer requests are fulfilled on time.
Job RequirementsTender Administrator (Indoor)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to deliver services and communicate over the telephone.
- The ability to converse in both English and Malay language.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- Advantages to experienced candidates in procurement with government.
- Immediate entry is preferred.
