Job Responsibility

• Generate calls to existing and potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota
• Sample script will be provided and to deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers
• To provide financial consultancy services to the customers
• To advise the best suitable bank financial products for the customers
• Offer solutions based on customers' needs and capabilities
• To attend to customers' inquiries professionally and deliver good customer service

Job Requirements

• Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia
• Full time position & must generate calls in HQ office
• SPM holder & fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Telesales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
• Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
