Job Description
Job Responsibility
To perform telemarketing activities to sell various products as per campaign assignment.
To develop and follow up on business leads and potential customers and convert potential leads to sales.
To build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone and providing high standard of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product fact sheet and sales script.
To meet and exceed given sales performance indicator.
To report daily to Team Manager on work-in-progress
To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player.
Job Requirements
Must be able to work on shift and weekends if required.
Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and interaction skills and pass in Mathematics.
Must be able to work on shift and weekends if required.
Fresh graduates/Housewife/student are encouraged to apply.
Willing to learn and commitment to work.
Available to start immediately.
Advantage for those with telemarketing experience. (3-6 months experience)
