Job Responsibility1. Deal with queries and provide accurate product information to the customers.
2. Maintaining a record of inquiries and follow-up on all outstanding inquiries with respective departments on a daily basis.
3. Update calendars and schedule appointments where necessary.
4. Handling outbound calls.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Required languages: English and Malay
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of property is an advantage
