Job Responsibility

• Work with team members on the call / WhatsApp to meet sales and performance goals
• Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals
• Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with our training products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy
• Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other information
• Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the training will add value to their lives and meet their needs
• Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best training for their investment.
• Follow up and to provide accurate information about a products, features and benefits
• Deliver sales report after end of promotion / campaign
• Engage with customers and invite them for future events

Job Requirements

• Must be able to comprehend and understand in Mandarin and Basic English
• Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-disciplined
• Team player and willing to contribute
• Able to work independently and willing to learn
• Possess own transport
