• Understand customers' needs and propose suitable service(s)/ products to customer via call
• Promote upgrade of service(s) to customer via phone and/or cross sell service(s)/products via call
• Assist customer with new registration in company's system

Job Requirements

• SPM holder and Malaysian
• Great communication & convincing skill
• Driven to achieve target
• Comfortable working in a team
• Able to work at Komtar, Georgetown
