Job Responsibility

• Initiating sales with potential customers over phone.
• Asking question to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all product and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Commit sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to follow scripts.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem- solving skills.
• Effective communication skill.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
