Job Responsibility

• Responsible to handle the inbound calls and assist with customers' inquiries pertaining to the company products and services.
• Responsible for keeping abreast of the product knowledge,

Job Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or any equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry preferably in a call center.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for both spoken and written.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• MUST be willing to work in Shah Alam and possess own transport.
• Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated.

Job Benifits

• Salary: RM 1800.00 - RM 2300.00 (Basic) + RM 500.00 (Allowances) + RM 1250.00 (Max Incentives) + Overtime (Average Salary ~RM2900++)
