Job Description
Responsibilities:
o To install equipment & system in customer's premises as instructed by the immediate superior.
o To perform all service jobs effectively and efficiently to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction.
o To maintain all testing equipment, tools, and diagnostic materials in good condition.
o To keep abreast of developments in technologies of the product represented by the Company to provide competent service support to customers.
o To follow up on existing customers to sign up for service contracts after the expiry of warranty service contracts.
o To ensure that all equipment repairs and maintenance service are promptly attended to and rectified within a reasonable period to minimize down time in the Customer's operation.
o To provide customers' feedback of customers' comments on Company's product sold to them.
o To work closely with the sales personnel and Sales Team to increase market share of the equipment sold by the Company.
o Ad Hock Function - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
o Technical skills required. This is normally acquired through Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering background.
o Preferably candidates with minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare/medical industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
o Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
o High level of personal initiative, and ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
o Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
o Able to travel within whole nation and overseas when needed to support overseas' customers.
