Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
-To conduct laboratory testing for product development and periodical testing for new or existing product as to meet product standards and customer requirements.
-To conduct calibration for newly purchased measuring and testing equipment and periodical calibration for existing measuring and testing equipment.
-To verify all new jig for development and periodical jig verification.
Job Function:
-To perform the identified laboratory testing for new product development as to verify whatever the product meet the product requirement.
To perform the identify periodical laboratory testing for the existing product produce meet the product standards.
-To verify the inspection jig measurement and record in the inspection jig check sheet.
-To conduct fitment test at customer side when required.
-To make judgment and reporting of product quality during initial conformation until mass production with reference to drawing, master sample, inspection jig etc.
-To make judgement and reporting of inspection jigs with respect to related drawing and sample.
-To report on the result of calibration done on inspection, test and measuring equipment
Involved in all activities related to the performance of the unit such 5's, Kaizen, ICC and / or any activities prescribe by his/ her superior.
REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCY
-Candidate must possess at least a Malaysian Skills Certificates/ Diploma or any equivalent.
-Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
-Able to read automotive drawing.
-Knowledge in using measurement tools (Caliper, Ruler & etc)
-Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
-Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
-Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Range RM1,292.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
