Job Responsibilityo Programming & Tooling and equipment's set-up before start production.
o Check quality, process and final product.
o Run machine according to the production schedule.
o Performed daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance
o Troubleshoot and repair of tools, equipment and failure boards
o Work on first article sample with leader
o Monitor calibration due dates to prevent the usage of calibration over dues
o To observe & ensure product assemblies are in compliance with OHSA 18001 Health & Safety and ISO14001 Environmental Policy.
o Keep spare parts. Monitoring stock of tools and equipment's.
o Assist production engineer to conduct new model evaluation to establish effective assembly process
o Assist engineer to carry out continue improvement activities.
