Job Responsibility-Provide technical support to the production crew in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance function.
-To perform scheduled preventive maintenance, offline parts servicing, calibration, evaluation and other equipment related job function on the manufacturing equipment. ? Essentially, the goal of an equipment & maintenance technician is to maintain manufacturing equipment in best possible condition and at optimum functionality. -Technical support on manufactory equipment breakdown troubleshooting and repairing. Ensure all work order through SAP PM Module are promptly executed.
-Good understanding in the production process of the assigned area.
-Perform major and critical maintenance work on the manufacturing equipment for the assigned area.
-Any relevant and lawful task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
-Ensure all area equipment maintained at the tip-top and safe operating condition.
-Follow all production floor /cleanroom practices and regulations.
-Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance, servicing and downtime tracking records.
-Ensure all equipment manuals are up-to-date and well maintained.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks related to maintenance, repair or installation.
