Job ResponsibilityPlan & organize preventive maintenance for facilities team.
Maintains knowledge of building management's policies and procedure manual.
Provides oversight and support to customer functions and events as necessary.
Provides technical assistance with audio visual presentations and ensures maintenance and calibration of such systems occurs.
Coordinates work with outside vendors to complete requests as needed and at the direction of manager.
Manage to all Facilities activities, complaint and request from customer, work direction and support systems.
Assist Facilities Manager in all aspects of project implementation as needed.
Represent the Facilities Department in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between
departments.
Supervise and train facility employees and contractors as needed.
Maintains positive working relationships with client/customer and external service vendors.
Liaise with architec, local authorities (Jcorp Unit Tanah & MPPG) for any drawing submission.
Prepare SOP, maintenance manual, all forms & checklist for facilities dept.
Taking care of mechanical equipment. Eg: overhead crane, mobile grove crane, forklift, boomlift.
Manage to dealing with fire service, STP, pest control, iBoss system contractor.
Manage to control CCTV system.
Check and verify minutes of meeting, TNB & SAJ summary, weekly security report & facilities report for management meeting.
Verify Preventive Maintenance & work order.
Arrange training for new facilities or anything related with facilities.
Do CAPEX, facilities expenditure & facilities project profit.
Verify incident report together with Facilities Manager.
