Job Responsibility1. To create posting outline schedule for the company social media platform.
2. Content writing for the company's social media platform.
3. To perform outbound calls using a database provided by the company.
4. Design interest, persuade and convince follow up emails and do the follow-up emails.
5. Acquiring new clients via cold calling to identify new prospects.
6. Calling customers to explain the training courses and product
7. Analysis of the reach and engagement in the social media platform.
8. To carry out online marketing using companies e-commerce website and Facebook
9. Maintain close contact with existing customer and develop potential customers to grow business.
10. Conduct research to build customer database via phone, social media etc..
11. Required to update the database system.
12. Require carrying out basic data analysis on sales data
13. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
14. To support the accounts team in data entry of the company. Knowing Xero accounting will be an advantage.
