Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
o Ensure maintenance service availability is according to Service Level Agreement
o Ensure respond time according to Service Level Agreement
o Aware and implement IMS Requirement
o Usage of Personel Protective Equipment
o Perform preventive; predicative; corrective and periodic maintenance
o Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time
o Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request to Help Desk and Supervisor
o To record and compile all maintenance checklist and daily report
o To record and compile all the equipment maintenance report
o To implement other team if required PPM or major breakdown.
o To comply work quality as per ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS 18001 Integrated Management System (IMS) standard practices.
o To implement 5's policies in all plant room/workplace
o Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management representative
