Job Responsibility1. To maintain all electrical, mechanical and other hotel services in a good running condition as per hotel and local authority requirements.
2. To execute building preventive maintenance.
3. To execute daily maintenance requests.
4. To supervise and assist handyman in their work.
5. To work together with service contractors.
6. To monitor energy management, electricity, water, gas and diesel and write report on a monthly basis.
7. To keep proper record and inventory of engineering supplies and up date inventory on a monthly basis.
8. To estimate the cost and manpower for repair and maintenance of building facility.
9. To provide services related to guest needs as per requirement from other department.
10. To perform and execute routine daily maintenance and checklist.
11. To perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or the Management of the Hotel.
