Job Responsibility- Provide service & Customer support during field visits.
- Coordinate & liaise on the technical requirement, installation , troubleshooting for Vending machine.
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Produce timely & details service reports.
- Follow all company's field procedures & protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Job Requirements- Min Diploma in Electrical /Electronic /Mechanical.
- With or without relevant experience in vending machine are encouraged to apply (Have experiences is advantages).
- Able to communicate in English (is advantages).
- Possess valid Driving License (atleast B2 and D) & own transport (motorcycles).
- Proactive working attitude with ability to meet deadline.
- Self-motivated, team player & well organized.
- Basic IT Knowledge.
- Willing to work OT & outstation.
