Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible to solve technical problems with excellent service.
To carry out both in-house and on-site maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting welding equipment and relevant machines.
May work independently but usually work as part of a team to complete custom and installation projects.
Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory by installing, repairing and servicing welding equipment, welding machines automatic welding systems and other relevant products.
Tie workflow to schedule, manage all on-site installation, repair and maintenance tasks, deliver timely as well as follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Complete all necessary reports timely for installation, service and repairing works after completing the job.
Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services.
Responsible for general housekeeping of the service workshop and office areas.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Possess SPM, Certificate/ Diploma in any field of engineering or mechanical.
Proven field service experience will be added advantage.
Ability to weld and assembled, troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin literacy in both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends on occasion and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Able to identify cause of issue and is able to make corrective action to fix the problem.
Able to lift heavy loads and must be able to work in extreme environments.
Must be willing to travel outstation and work on-site.
