Job Responsibility

• Handle customers complains and services
• To visit customers and trouble shoot customers equipments (hardware & software) onsite
• Visit customers for servicing the equipments
• To install products sold from the sales departments
• Support set up products for exhibitions

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of working experience with IT hardware and software
• Willing to travel
• Possess own transport (preferred with own car)
• Min. SPM / certificate / diploma or degree
• Computer literate, able to work independently, high discipline and good communication skills
