Job ResponsibilityAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will learn comfortably living in support and engineering environments; translating internal engineering speak into clear, concise directions for customers and vice-versa.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- On-site service support including testing and commissioning (if applicable).
- Prepare the training material and provide training to the dealer.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin Speaking clients.
