Job Responsibilityo Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
o Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
o Reviews work of development team.
o Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
o Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
o Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
o Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library.
o Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
o Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
o Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
o Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
o Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
o Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
o Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
o Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
o Encourage team interaction, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution
o Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential is utilised to the maximum
