Job ResponsibilityThe Job:
1. Lead the back-end technical planning from conception through life cycle to delivery.
2. Analyze requirements and estimating effort with Laravel frameworks and libraries.
3. Provide the best technical solution that has the business best interests at heart.
4. Ensure codes are optimized prior to deployment, till production.
5. Understand clear objectives and come up with world class solutions.
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders for multiple priorities and manage their expectations.
7. Guide, lead & motivate the team.
The Person:
1. Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years experience in PHP web development.
3. Proficient in MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS3.
4. Knowledge of ReactJS, Amazon Elasticsearch service & AWS will be an added advantage.
5. Experience in Technical Lead or a similar role will be an added advantage.
6. Thorough understanding of design and implementation of web services.
7. Build high performance and scalable applications.
8. Positive attitude, thinks out of the box and always see the big picture.
9. A team player with excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
