Job ResponsibilityShould have good knowledge about slope stabilization, various type of foundations (pile foundation, mass foundation etc.)
Should be able to define the project scope and it's objectives,
Should collect all the relevant information from all stake holders (inter disciplines, Client's team) to include and finalize technical specifications.
Collect the technical information from the site as needed by different stake holders to complete the work.
Able to do site assessment, assess existing facilities, difficulties, interferences etc. for the Project and include appropriately in the specifications for Suppliers and Subcontractors,
Interpret and clarify all available technical information, ensuring consistency between the documents, with the third-party companies in the execution phase.
Able to evaluate and propose field solutions and / or analyze those suggested by the inspection and / or Contractors.
Able to analyze the construction methods proposed by the Contractors, including field verification, can propose possible alternative solutions to optimize the deadlines, costs and east the constructability wherever applicable.
Act effectively in the field, especially when performing important or critical activities, when the presence must be full-time.
Adhere to the timelines and the targets given by the Project Manager,
Attend review meetings, assist Project Manager in establishing action items, follow-up to close the action items in time,
Capable of working in an international environment with virtual teams,
Analyze the progress submitted by Contractors and submit to Project Manager for certification,
