We are Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution developer & provider. Our clients include Pathological Lab in major hospitals (government & private) throughout Malaysia.

Our head office and R&D center is located in Puchong, Selangor, and we have sales representatives, engineers and application specialist covering different region throughout the country.

Software Application Support Specialist (Laboratory Information System)
(to be based in Puchong, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
o Provide technical guidance & training to customers
o Provide onsite support & troubleshooting (investigating, validating & resolving reported issues)
o Assist in programming & technical team to collect information & requirement from end users and liaise between the internal teams and end users.
o Assist project deployment team in coordinating and implementation during project deployment
o Perform basic application testing to ensure quality software releases.
o Create end user documentation and instructions for software solutions and maintain/update as system changes dictate.
o Provide advice, training and technical support for various projects as required.
Requirements:
o Diploma / Degree in Medical Lab Technologist, biomedical or related science field
o Working experience in medical / pathology lab and familiar with Laboratory Information System operation will be added advantage.
o Good in problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, customer-friendly attitude, and a team player
o Professional and neat appearance at all times and compliance to company's standards
o Possess own transport (car) & willing to travel and be based in deployment sites during project implementation
