Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities
1. Filing, maintenance and managing of accounting records and supporting documents.
2. Receives, records, processes & manage the vehicle purchasing orders and sales for
workshop, insurance, and vehicles.
3. Issuance of official receipts for any payments from debtors.
4. Monitoring & managing stock movements and ensuring stock existence via stocktakes.
5. Monitoring & managing of debtor accounts, ensuring prompt repayments.
6. Monitoring & managing of bank cash available, managing cash flow projection and
preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
7. Assist to liaise with bankers in ensuring compliance with all matters relating to bank
facilities.
8. Reconciles & manage the department's accounting activities to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
9. Preparation & managing of supporting documents for SST and Tax submissions.
10. Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the
superior and management.
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess a minimum of LCCI Diploma, CAT graduate or equivalent.
2. More than 3 years of experience, preferably in automotive environment.
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words and computerised accounting
software. An experience using Financial Information System, is an added advantage.
4. Able to work overtime as and when required.
5. Able to work independently, responsible and self-motivated.
6. Able to work under pressure within deadlines.
7. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Posses high self discipline in work related matters.
