Job Responsibility Our client is a Family-Friendly Cafe that located in Eco Sanctuary believe in authenticity.
Position: Service Crew Location: Eco Sanctuary, Telok Panglima Garang
RESPONSIBILITIES: o Greeting and serving customers o Providing excellent service to ensure client's satisfaction o Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages o Providing detailed information on menus, making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons o Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, deliver checks and collect bill payments o Provide excellent customer service to guests
REQUIREMENTS: o Min SPM. o Should have a pleasant personality, be polite to the customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. o Be a team-player and effectively communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 1500 - RM2500 EPF, SOCSO, EIS
