Job ResponsibilityThe candidate for this position will be responsible to coordinate production processes and develop process improvements to produce high-quality products and maximize production. Monitors quality standards for the production products and adapt to required regulatory and standard compliances.
Responsibilities:
A) Production
1. To run production to ensure the product quality consistently meets specifications.
2. Provide improvement solutions to enhance product quality and maximize production output.
3. Undertake any new product trial or qualification of a new product, monitor and feedback on the progress or results to the immediate supervisor.
4. Prepare, validate and complete manufacturing documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy of every production run.
5. Organize plan start-up and shut-down schedules for repair/maintenance.
6. Respond to breakdowns and improve the stability of operation performance via systematic preventive maintenance planning.
B) Compliance
1. Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standard, 5S housekeeping, and communication with local authorities on required safety, health, and environmental regulatory compliances and DOE (Department of Environment) for the lab and production line.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Process, Polymer Engineering, Degree in Chemistry, or any engineering degree.
2. 2-3 years of working experience.
3. Familiarity with process control and production procedures
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5. Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
6. Proven experience as a Process Engineer is a plus
7. Willing to work in Shifts
8. 6 days of working
9. Has own transport to travel locally
