Job Responsibility
- To achieve Sales, Gross Profit, Net Profit targets set by Company Management.
- To update stock balance and take charge in stock ordering.
- Responsible of store opening and closing procedure and work flow on daily basis.
- Attending to customers enquiry promptly.
- Strong in product knowledge & make sure selling floor of the outlet is well organized.
- To manage & supervise staff daily progression
- Able to train and develop staff in all aspect.
- Assist in overall Administrative duty.
- Coordinate bi-annual stock take and conducting reconciliation investigation in case of discrepancy.
- To assist and execute online business inquiry.
Perform any other ad hoc assignment assigned by superior & HQ Office
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor & Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Retail industrial is required.
- Good customer service skill.
- Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Highly fit with no prolong illness or any disabilities.
- Strong leadership and creativity.
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
- Pleasant appearance and neatly groomed.
- Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to relocate.
