Job Responsibility

• To attend/answering coming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
• Follow up with the customer on pending cases
• Create report in the system

Job Requirements

• Welcome DIPLOMA Holder and above
• Prefer applicant who have experience as Team Leader in any related fields
• Required language(s) : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin will add on Bonus
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work at Petaling Jaya
• Salary based on experience
