Job ResponsibilityKnewton Global Schools is located in the Malaysian state of Sarawak on the north coast of the beautiful island of Borneo. Our campus has both a British International and a National Private School, caring for approximately 400 students aged 3-16 years old from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds. The International School offers a blend of IPC and British Curriculum in Primary and a modified British curriculum including IGCSEs in Secondary.
We are seeking to recruit committed, passionate and experienced Music and Drama teacher for our International School from August 2023.
The successful candidate will:
o Have a recognised teaching qualification related to the subject taught;
o Have extensive experience teaching Music and Drama up to iGCSE level;
o Have significant experience and knowledge of the National Curriculum of England;
o Inspire students and ensure a high-quality learning experience in English;
o Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reports meet the expectations of the school;
o Take a full and active role in supporting extracurricular activities and delivering the School's Guiding statement and development plans.
