Job Responsibility

• Learn new computing skill (Software and hardware).
• Eager to do research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers' request either via phone, email or chat.

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of computer systems / network / security and other tech products.
• Willing to learn, hands-on, self-study on new technology.
• Perform implementation or deployment based on IT projects.
• Can do some email and word doc writing for customer reports and documentations.
• Have hands-on in backup, storage, network is an added advantage.
