Job Responsibility- Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals for supplier, employee, media, government, public interest, or other groups.
- Prepare operational progress or status reports.
- Review sustainability program objectives, progress, or status to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Evaluate green operations or programs for compliance with standards or regulations.
- Formulate or implement sustainability campaign or marketing strategies.
- Develop marketing plans or strategies for environmental initiatives.
- Conduct sustainability or environment-related risk assessments.
- Support in identifying key risk areas to the organization in the country and to handle these issues both proactively - and reactively where necessary - in consultation with the Director of Outreach & Engagement.
- Maintain a knowledge of ASEAN country economic and business trends, specifically as it relates to palm oil industry and other waste oil generators to facilitate conversations with stakeholders.
Your profile:
o Experience in the area of waste and residue-based biofuel supply chains
o Ability to work independently, with a lateral mind that can recognise opportunities.
o Experience with certification systems such as ISCC, RSPO or GMP+ will be an added advantage.
o Advanced analytical, commercial and negotiation skills
o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Understanding of global supply chains and complex organisational set-ups
o High willingness and availability to travel as well as flexibility
o Very good organisational and communication skills
o High level of commitment, proficiency and assertiveness
o Knowledge in the area of greenhouse gas calculations would be an advantage
o At least Bachelor University degree
