Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the sushi bar
o Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients
o To work closely with kitchen crew
o Responsible for replenish stock
o Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff
Requirements
o Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
o SPM with relevant experience may apply
o Min 1 year of working experience as Sushi Chef
o Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
o Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays
o Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
