Job ResponsibilitySurveyor Job Description
1. To be good at using Auto CAD software to produce and interpret drawings
2. To set out for road alignment and leveling
3. To set out site markings, topography survey, as-built survey and etc.
4. To prepare of as-built survey for work done
5. Calculate earthwork volume in cut and fill
6. To check and ensure of quantity for topping up of material is in compliance with specs
7. Be good at calculating of site measurements, ensuring calculations are accurately recorded
8. To record survey results as well as descriptions of the site boundaries for each project
9. To be able to obtain & research survey records and land titles relating to site boundaries
10. To perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time-to-time
Job Requirements
1. Posses Diploma/ Degree in Land Surveying or relevant qualification
2. Preferably with minimum 3 years working experience in the related fields with high sensitivity to numbers and data
3. Good analytical skills with keen to technical and details oriented
4. Computer literate with good competency to use Auto Cad software and CAD drawing
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Willing to travel and relocated
