Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
o Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modelling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory.
o Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modelling/analysis and optimization of cost, service and inventory.
o Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
o Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure system framework addresses business requirements and Ordering process efficiency
o Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to increase quality and efficiency
o Set Up Department KPI, Lead team to achieved it which improve company probability through better purchase plan
o Track and report status of defined KPIs, Metrics against target, and directional performance data. If additional metrics are required to support, develop when needed.
o Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts
o Support wastes reduction via an efficient inventory management/ replenishment process
o Conduct day-to-day business analysis supporting supply chain management
Requirement:
o Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, IT, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or any related fields.
o Required experience: minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, trade planning or in a business analyst capacity
o Data driven, strategic Demonstrate competence in analytics (numeric/data processing and interpretations) inventory management
o Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
o Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
