Job ResponsibilityWeb-related tasks:
1. Upload content on Wordpress, and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Ensure that website content & features are updated including image resizing, design/re-design, and installing/testing off-the-shelf plug-ins/features.
3. Setup discount offers and product launches on the website and other e-commerce platforms.
4. Monitor & optimize site performance eg. site analytics, broken links, and address user complaints.
5. Other: Coordinate and work closely with Sales, Creative and Cafe team to assist in any technical setup.
Digital Marketing tasks:
1. Communicate with and manage ambassadors.
2. Setup and maintain digital marketing tools eg. Facebook, Google marketing tools, Email marketing.
3. Monitor and report on digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing or Website Administration.
Manage the official website, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools and other adhoc tasks.
Knowledge in Wordpress or equivalent CMS is a must.
