Job ResponsibilityTo act as a middle person between the company and customers in resolving customer complaints effectively and professionally
Assisting superior in providing excellent customer service
Provide feedback and monitor the progress/status of customer complaints cases
Prepare weekly and monthly report
Ensure customer lounge and outlet area is always clean, need and tidy
Responsible in preparing refreshments for customers
Responsible in decorating the outlets on any festive/promotion events
