? Assemble matches and related assemblies with support from Sr. Technicians and Pro-duction Management
? 100% follow of the instructions provided in the assembly documentation
? Propose lean assembly techniques to PEN Production Management
? Propose process to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Follow Lean, Safety and Quality procedures. Takes corrective action.
? Participate in studies conducted by the Production Management or Engineering Team for the opportunities for reduction of the cycle time.
? Provide input to Production Management of any required production fixtures.
? Actively participate in the transfer of product to PEN factory
? Assist with local repair process as well as mechanical upgrades for RF matching net-works.
? Support other Production Team activities as required
3. Working experience/technical skills/know how
? Associate Degree in: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on RF strongly preferred
? 3+ years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Assembly
