Job Description
Job Responsibility
Designing:
To propose design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics and make presentations.
To prepare visual, project costing and material selection.
To produce construction and technical drawing.
Manage Site Progress:
Arrange, coordinate, control & manipulate progress of a project.
Plan & manage project schedule well to deliver within deadline.
Client Servicing:
Handle & serve client.
Servicing our clients' units occasionally
Always reporting / updating automatically
Leadership:
Undertake design project from concept to completion and customer satisfaction.
Cultivating good relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the effectiveness of the assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Interior Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.
Proficient in 3DS Max, Vray, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, SketchUp, Microsoft excel.
Proven working experience at least 2-3 years in Interior Design.
Site visit and specialize in 3D visual proposal.
Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadline & work under pressure
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
