Job Responsibility1) Manage internal and external liaison with customer's qualifications and audits.
2) Ensure proper maintenance and calibration control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
3) Establish strategies to improve efficiency and profitability in the organization, as well as put out higher quality goods.
4) Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the finished products are meet customer's quality standards.
5) Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and including quality issues, recalls, stability studies and corrective actions.
6) Follow up customer complaints related to the product quality, conduct the root cause analysis and take necessary corrective and preventive actions.
7) Supervise teams of inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production.
8) Improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
9) Ensure safety practice is followed at all times at workplace.
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma
- Experience in automotive field is an advantages
- Atleast (5) years experience related to QA, QC especially handling in automotive.
- Internal quality continuous improvement.
- Handling internal/ external issue
- Preferred Male Worker
