Job Responsibility1. In-charge of the site operation team at district level in carrying out routine and periodic maintenance works.
2. Assist Technical Executive in planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring the level of resources and performances of sub-contractors to meet the planned schedule or works.
3. Provide technical assistance to the Area Manager and Technical Executive for submission to JKR.
4. Ensure all works by the project construction team and sub-contractors are complied with JKR specification and company QAQC manual and procedures.
5. Verify all the works done by contractors.
6. Liaise closely and establish good rapport with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and third party involved.
7. To ensure effective implementation of all Operation Department in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
8. Any others related task as may assigned by superior.
