Job Responsibility1. To supervise and monitor the collection and deliver process of laundry services
2. To maintain and update stock level for amenities and linen and carry out monthly inventory with Finance Department.
3. To ensure all Housekeeping equipment are in good working order and to report any defects or faultiness to engineering department.
4. Inspect Public areas, toilets and services areas, meeting, and function rooms to ensure that cleanliness and condition of each area meets designated standards. Directly contact respective personnel and relay any deficiencies to be corrected.
5. Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leave. Review status of assignments and any follow up action with team leaders and report to Housekeeping Manager.
i. At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role and 3 years experience in Housekeeping duties.
ii. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to communicate at all levels.
iii. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment and chemicals.
