Job ResponsibilityThis role is responsible for the administration of MMHE Centre Of Excellence's activities, which include but are not limited to:
o Training request management;
o Training registration;
o Management of assessment results and certificates;
o Administration of the full scope of tradesmen pass;
o Training Database management in SAP and TMS-2;
o Administration and support for CIDB green card matters;
o Document control;
o Administration of HRDF training grant application and levy claim;
o Administration of post training evaluation and report to manager and trainers;
o Management of training equipment to ensure proper allocation to allocated trainings, and to act on any defect for rectification;
o Assist in pre and post room preparation and verification to ensure the classrooms are in good condition and ready to be used for training, and to report any defects to related custodian for rectification;
Requirements:
o Diploma/ Certificate in any discipline with basic knowledge in Human Resource and Learning and Development.
o At least a year of relevant work experience in the same field.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, and sharing of training data with other department/ division, or external parties.
