Job Responsibilitya. To plan and arrange the daily manpower in the respective work area / process.
b. To monitor and ensure there is no excessive usage of workers on every line.
c. To enforce discipline in the shifts.
d. To supervise housekeeping on working areas and machines.
e. To check the consistency of baked biscuits, sandwiching and wrapping quality.
f. To ensure good quality of every product.
g. To carry out workers personal hygiene inspection before they enter Packing Dept.
h. To check the workers attendance.
i. To train new operators & potential leaders.
j. Other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the superior.
