Job Responsibility Job Overview: Customer Relationship Officers handle the concern of the people who buy their company's products or services. They work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings. Job Responsibility o Communicate with customers to identify their need/expectations and make appropriate adjustments to meet those needs. o Handle customer's concern, analyse root cause and take improvement activities. o Supervising the reseller recruitment while implementing new strategy through marketing platform o Facilitate and coordinate training activities for internal and external training programme. o To assist the Reseller Developments team in day-to-day operations. o Perform other administrative duties for the team or any other duties assigned by superior. Major challenge o Understanding Customer Concerns o Communicating within the Company o Investigating Problems o Training Customer / Reseller o Public Relations o Monitoring Competitors
Job Requirements o Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service o Committed to handle multitask jobs and handle pressure at work. o Excellent telephony, communication, and interpersonal skills o Willing to travel outstation/overseas, and flexible with working hours. o Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
