Job Responsibility? To ensure main store material stock in 'MySQL system is correct according to rack location and tally with stock quantity in the system.
? To operate bar code system for stock movement
? In charge direct and indirect materials stock out and to coordinate the incoming material send to relevant department PIC after QC checked.
? To confirm incoming material any breakages or damages upon receipt material receiving from Supplier
? To follow up store hand to store the material in an easy- to- locate manner.
? Ensure all the preparation rack issue to production follow according to production schedule . Stock out and update 'MySQL system immediately after issuing .
? To report preparation rack raw material status to planner especially those short supply material .
? To acknowledge Production if there is any material shortage from preparation rack during issuing . This shall be issued again once the material is available
? To implement FIFO system
? To follow up store personnel to control inventory to report monthly inventory status
? To follow up safety precaution to store hands when loading and unloading materials from racks
? To maintain the tidiness and neatness of store compound
? To ensure department operation according to QMS procedure
? Follow covid19 SOP and promote hygiene awareness
? Any duty assign by immediate superior / top management
